A Maryland teen is being sought after cops say he stabbed two young relatives, killing a 10-year-old girl. Andres Rafael Quintana Garcia, 18, attacked the children when a family dispute escalated in Glen Burnie on Monday evening, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department. Garcia wounded a 13-year-old boy in addition to fatally stabbing the girl. Authorities obtained an arrest warrant charging Garcia with first- and second-degree murder, first- and second-degree attempted murder assault and reckless endangerment. The suspect is 5-feet-5 and approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair, according to reports. He fled on foot, Fox 5 reported. Cops tried to locate Garcia with helicopters and police dogs, but have been unable to, according to the Capital Gazette. The 13-year-old girl died from her injuries at Baltimore Washington Medical Center, according to ABC 2. The boy suffered non-life threatening injuries. Garcia is "considered a violent and dangerous wanted subject," according to a police report obtained by WJLA. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should immediately call 911, cops told WBAL.
