I am pretty sure that the business Brian Wallen targeted, were all financially affected in a severe way. It depends on how large the businesses all were, but a combined total fraud amount of $50 million is a lot of money that could have been used by the companies in a more beneficial way. Glad that the FBI added him to their site and hopefully we will shortly see his captured stamp on his wanted poster.

That total take $50 Million is a lot and he really needs to pay for what he did to his victims, they probably lost their life's savings thanks to this prick. It's not like Brian Wallen left the country, he probably is hiding in plain sight in Florida using a new alias. Now he's from New Jersey so I think he'd hiding there or even in New York City because nothing tells me he's fluent in another language so I think he wouldn't flee to another country.

Well the FBI seems to be focusing on this prick as you say in Florida, and billboards went up along the I-95 from Baltimore to Florida trying to catch him. I agree with you he's likely still in the states, but when you allegedly steal 50 million you do have the ability to flee pretty much anywhere in the world. Hopefully the tv show American Greed will profile him as I feel someone will recognize him. Shouldn't be that hard for Florida viewers to spot a 6'0 tall bald guy, especially if they work in a pharmacy that sells Rogaine.

I feel if he's not caught soon he'd be a good candidate for the Top 10 list he has a common look with Robert Fisher and other bald older males and his take was $50 million. Though he didn't hurt anyone to get that money.

While 50 mil is a lot of money, and I'd like the variety of a financial fugitive being on the FBI's Top 10 list, Wallen in theory isn't a threat to the general public and his crimes while unforgivable were not of a violent nature. He's considered armed and dangerous with suicidal tendencies but that's if approached. They're not going to add him because those spots are reserved for the most violent alleged offenders, in my opinion.

That's true Wallen being armed and suicidal may be the only reason why this guy would be placed.

I think it's safe to assume any guy on the run wanted for anything from the FBI could be armed, dangerous, and suicidal so I wouldn't look too much into it. Just that obviously if one knows where he is, they shouldn't approach him.

Leave it to me to not fully read the first paragraph. Suicide is assumed but not officially determined. Makes sense he would want to kill himself considering he was going to face a stiff jail sentence.
