From the Charley Project:
Marjorie was last seen at Greenacres Grocery (now Belk's General Store) in her hometown of Greenacres City, Florida on May 27, 1984. She purchased cat food and left the store at approximately 3:00 p.m. Marjorie disappeared and has not been seen again. The business is located just 400 yards from her home.
Willis Rambo was considered a suspect in Marjorie's case for a time. He lived near her home with his brother, and Marjorie had visited his house several times. After her disappearance, Rambo and his brother were charged with molesting Marjorie's six-year-old best friend. Rambo is currently serving a prison sentence for molesting his stepdaughters. No evidence has been located to tie him to Marjorie's case.
Victor George Wonyetye Jr. lived near Marjorie's family's residence in 1984 and is considered a suspect in her case. A photo of him is posted below this case summary. He was reportedly seen outside the grocery store the day she disappeared, and he also attended a party in her neighborhood. He has a criminal record dating back to the 1960s and has been convicted in the past of sexual assaults, among various other offenses. Wonyetye is also a suspect in the 1984 New Hampshire disappearance of Tammy Lyn Belanger. Wonteye was never charged in connection with either child's case and no physical evidence connects him to the disappearances. He maintained his innocence and said he never even met Marjorie. Wonteye was incarcerated for burglary in Florida in 1992. He was still in prison when he died in 2012.
In 2010, authorities named Delbert Mosher was another possible suspect in Marjorie's disappearance. He lived in the area at the time Marjorie disappeared, and was arrested three times for child molestation. He died in a Tennessee prison over twenty years after Marjorie went missing.
In 2009, a former friend of Marjorie's contacted police with information. The friend stated she was sexually assaulted in a park bathroom on the day of Marjorie's disappearance, and Marjorie came in to help her. Just before she passed out, the girl saw her assailant holding Marjorie in a headlock. The woman, as well as a friend who witnessed the attack, worked with a sketch artist to produce images of the attacker, who has never been identified. The drawings are posted below this case summary. However, the woman's friend cast doubt on the story: she stated the attack did not take place on the day Marjorie disappeared and, in fact, she herself was the other girl involved. Authorities are investigating the two women's accounts.
Foul play is suspected in Marjorie's disappearance. Her case remains unsolved.

Thoughts? The aforementioned case summary photos can be seen at the Charley Project link above. The Charley Project lists America's Most Wanted as a source reference, meaning her disappearance was profiled on either the show or the website. (Unfortunately I cannot find it in the archives to say what capacity).
