Alleged Crimes:
On June 4, 2005, Jose Francisco-Francisco forcefully raped a 15-year-old girl at a farming
labor camp in Cornelius, Oregon. During the rape, he threatened to kill the victim if she
told anyone. The victim became pregnant as a result of the rape. While in jail on another
charge, he made several telephone calls in which he admitted to raping the young girl.
Francisco-Francisco is from Guatemala and speaks a dialect known as Akateko. He also
speaks Spanish. He is known to frequent farming labor camps and is believed to be
trafficking illegal immigrants from Guatemala into Oregon. He has been wanted since

Thoughts? If Jose is still trafficking immigrants into Oregon from Central America, then we have a good opportunity to catch him when he's on the US side of the international border. What especially concerns me is that there may be more teenage girls that Jose has raped that are also illegally in the US. Those victims may not have come forward in fears of being subsequently deported to Central America.
