Thoughts? Last year the North Carolina Department of Public Safety released to the media a list of the 12 most wanted cold case prison escapees in the state. Linda Williams is the only female on that list. Unlike others, I was able to find some additional information: Williams had apparently robbed a convenience store at gunpoint in August of 1977 before being convicted later in December.
