On June 13, 2007, a 15-year old girl was at a party in Tarrytown, New York. The teenaged girl consumed some vodka and proceeded to throw up followed by passing out. After that, three males; 17-year old Luis Cobos, 17-year old Henry Zhagui and an unnamed 14-year old boy took the girl into a room and raped her.
Soon after, Sleepy Hollow High School students in Sleepy Hollow, New York began talking about the rape. A school official then contacted police and an investigation ensued. The three accused rapists were arrested and each claimed the sex was consensual.
The three suspects were released on a $15,000 bail. Luis Cobos and Henry Zhagui failed to appear for a court date and became fugitives.
Henry Zhagui is described as a 26-year old hispanic male. He's 5'6 and last weighed 172lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Luis Cobos is described as a 27-year old hispanic male. He's 5'6 and last weighed 130lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Thoughts? The above article is from CNN's iReport which is where users on the site can post their own stories. Normally I'd be wary of posting an unofficial user report from CNN's website but HeadMarshal told me this author, DerekAMW, was very credible.
In all seriousness, I really hope if Zhagui and Cobos are caught they are charged as adults, and if convicted are sentenced as adults, because 17 is old enough to know not to rape girls. I'm very concerned that these boys allegedly raped their first victim while still in high school and have been unaccounted for nearly a decade. Contrary to popular belief, rapists don't just rape one time. They do it again and again until they're caught.
Also, the only thing I edited was Zhagui and Cobos ages of this posting date. For any future potential tipsters to Westchester Public Safety, Zhagui's date of birth is May 1990 and Cobos is August 1989, so hopefully that helps if someone thinks they know one or both of these fugitives' whereabouts.
