GEORGIA FUGITIVE NEWS -- Jose Luis Garcia-Roque a.k.a. Jose Garcia is most wanted by the DeKalb County Police Department for purportedly committing a domestic homicide on May 31, 2008. Garcia-Roque is accused of shooting and killing the mother of his two children in the Twin Keys apartments located on Briarwood Rd. NE, in North Atlanta, DeKalb County, Georgia.
According to police, Vargas and Roque were arguing before Jose Luis Garcia-Roque shot his 37-year-old wife, Florencia Vargas, in their home just before midnight. The couple's children, ages 6 and 8, were inside the home in the next room when the shooting occurred. Police believe Garcia-Roque fled the crime scene in a white Ford truck.

Thoughts? One thing we may know from my postings is I hate fugitives who commit crimes in front of children and/or with children in the home. The DeKalb County Most Wanted page that listed him is old with a 2010 time stamp but seeing as I don't see Garcia-Roque in any inmate database, I'm assuming he's still at large and decided to take a chance and profile him since this is a very tragic case that I found. If anyone has information proving he was captured, let me know and I'll delete this profile.
