From Fox San Antonio:
AUSTIN, Texas (KEYE) - It was a crowded scene on 6th Street when four gun shots rang out early Sunday morning.
Dorian Santiago was across the street and whipped out his cell phone to capture the chaotic scene. “I thought it was a terrorist attack, that was my first thought,” he said.
It’s the second shooting he’s witnessed on 6th Street this year, but the first that ended with death. “It was kind of crazy, like being in the middle of a horror movie, and then people were kind of like curious but then scared at the same time,” Santiago said.
Austin police believe a fight between the suspect, Endicott McCray, and his brother-in-law escalated to violence.
Multiple witnesses say McCray pulled out a gun firing multiple shots missing his target, hitting bystanders. One of them, Teqnika Moultrie, was fatally wounded as she left Voodoo Doughnuts. Three others were hospitalized.
“I didn’t feel safe. Usually this is a safe area, usually there are cops all around,” Santiago said.
McCray has a lengthy criminal history and currently has an outstanding parole violation warrant. “I never thought we would have this situation here, maybe because we feel like this is a friendly and safe place,” Santiago said.
Following the shooting, Santiago said he does not plan to stop going to 6th Street. He believes it is still a safe place to visit. “This is not the Austin we know this is not the Austin we want,” he said.

Thoughts? Decided to add this as a breaking news case since this is pretty much a mass shooting in a public area. It's not the kind of "mass shooting" that we normally see, but the fact that McCray was allegedly shooting willy nilly not actually hitting his target but innocent bystanders instead shows a blatant disregard for human life, and sadly one person already lost their life because of his actions. Please call Austin's homicide tip line and help authorities bring McCray in before he has a chance to allegedly harm anyone else.
