A 16-year-old girl reported as a missing person was last seen in Bel Air, according to the Maryland Center for Missing and Unidentified Persons.
The Bel Air Police Department shared a photo of Ercely Romano-Soriano Friday morning on Facebook.
The teen was last seen on Friday, July 31, according to the Maryland Center for Missing and Unidentified Persons.

Thoughts? The July 31st is referring to last year. As I noted above, Ercely will turn 18 the day after this original post. According to a patch.com, Ercely does not speak much English, according to officials.
