On May 20, 2006, 17-year old Eduardo Galvez-Conchas was invited to a Boulder, Colorado apartment by an acquaintance. Eduardo then saw someone else at the apartment and got into an argument. Authorities say that Eduardo stabbed the victim in the head, neck and chest repeatedly until the victim escaped the apartment. The victim survived the stabbing but didn't give authorities a proper description of Eduardo until a few days later since Eduardo was a gang member and the victim was afraid of gang retaliation.

Thoughts? At 17, Eduardo is accused of nearly killing his first victim so ten years since then who knows what other violent crimes he has also committed. He could be in Latin America but as we just saw from Alfredo Yanez's arrest, fugitives that flee to Latin America sometimes return to the US.
