On Feb 10, 1989, Jose and Orlando got into an argument with Victor Caballero in Dana Point, California over drug turf. The brothers fought with Victor in an alley and then shot Victor. Victor fled a short distance with a friend where the brothers then shot him several times in the head, killing him. Jose and Orlando then fled to Mexico City.

Thoughts? Jose and Orlando Hernandez are two of the many cold case fugitives being sought by Orange County authorities. Thankfully the county's newspaper did a report on this case back in 2013, but by now the brothers are probably deep in hiding in Mexico. Victor Caballero was a drug dealer, but he was still a homicide victim and his family deserves justice.
