The Allegheny County Sheriff's Department says that on Dec 29, 2014, Demetres Beck and his accomplices shot and killed aspiring rapper Kierre Simmons in a residence. Beck wouldn't be charged in Kierre's murder until Dec 5, 2015. To make matters worse, the people of Pittsburgh held a vigil in Kierre's memory on Sep 16, 2015, which led Demetres and another accomplice to open fire on the crowd of people there. Three people were wounded by gunfire, including a three-year old boy who was grazed in the chin and a 12-year old girl who was struck in the leg. In Jan 2016, Demetres was charged in that shooting as well but is still at large.

Thoughts? It goes without saying that Demetres is an extremely dangerous fugitive, especially at the current young age of 21. He has proven to everyone that he isn't going to stop shooting people and continuing his life of crime. Therefore if he's arrested and convicted on all of the charges, then he needs to be behind bars for the rest of his life, no negotiation for parole after several years period. As far as where he could be, he does have ties to Homewood, Wilkinsburg and New Kensington which I checked and they are all in the Pittsburg metro area.
