In 1986, US authorities indicted the Colombian drug trafficking organization operated in part by brothers Arturo and Rigoberto Correa-Arrogave. Numerous other people were also indicted for smuggling $240 million worth of cocaine from Colombia to the United States. At the time, it was the most profitable drug-trafficking ring ever to be broken up by authorities. The members used an air charter service to transport the drugs from flights to an airport in Pennslyvania.
Right before the indictment was issued, Arturo Correa-Arrogave was found tortured and murdered in Colombia, likely by the hands of a rival organization. Rigoberto has never been located.

Thoughts? Rigoberto Correa-Arrogave was another fugitive I found on an archived law enforcement website that I verified the case being active up to 2009, so he's most likely still at large as of this posting date (7/17/2016). As to whatever became of him, who knows if he survived the Colombian drug wars of the 1980s and 1990s, but if he's still alive then he needs to be brought to trial in Pennsylvania. Finding fugitives in South America is generally not the easiest thing in the world, especially ones on the run for 30 years.
Based on archived law enforcement websites, our advice for anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Rigoberto Correa-Arrogave would be to contact the US Drug Enforcement Agency's Philadelphia Field Office at 215-861-3474.
