On May 4, 2010, authorities in Hendersonville, Tennessee found the body of Ashley Sircy in an apartment building. Earlier that day she stated that she was going to leave her husband, Obed Cruz-Mena and phone records confirmed Obed's presence in the apartment. Authorities say that Obed killed Ashley, quit his job and fled in his vehicle to Southern Texas, and then possibly managed to get to Mexico.
