Not to sound like a broken record, but ANY fugitives in the violent crimes and murders section, especially recent ones, are candidates for the top 10 list. As much as I like being right, if I were to predict he'd make it and he did, I couldn't brag about getting that one right. The odds are someone recent will make it. But yes, considering according to reports, Iris Armstrong was an Army soldier, he is a serious contender. It's pretty crappy to want to defend your country only to be killed at home by your husband.

Well I he's a really likely fugitive since it was a member of the military, the problem is that he is believed to be in many places just like Minor so my guess is he's somewhere in Georgia, Louisiana, or Texas. but what I find weird is that he committed the murder on the same day Shanika Minor was arrested and in the same location too.

Oh wow yeah good point, this murder apparently happened at a military base though while Minor was caught at a hotel so these two incidents seem unrelated. Fayettevile, NC has some of the highest crime rates in the country for a city it's size and is arguably the most dangerous city in North Carolina, so it's probably not that much of a coincidence.

I personally am not surprised a breaking news fugitive wanted for a very violent murder would go down like this, but nevertheless.
I never "root" for fugitives to die, everyone deserves a fair trial, but I don't exactly have much sympathy if that's how the chase ends. Armstrong chose to be a coward rather than face the consequences, so good riddance to him.
