On October 16,1983, the dead body of a 30-year old male Black was found buried along an embankment to the Harbor freeway at 91st Street in South Central Los Angeles. The victim was beaten to death with a blunt instrument. Investigation revealed that the suspect lived in the van with the victim. On October 14, 1983 the suspect attempted to register the victim's van in his own name. He later sold the van to another person. The van has been recovered. The suspect is a Cuban national and frequents the area of 6th & Alvarado Street. He also has friends in the Cuban sections of the Miami, Florida area.

Thoughts? Clemente is one of the many cold case fugitives wanted by the Los Angeles Police Department. He is a Cuban national but I am not certain that he fled back to Cuba since he's not like JoAnne Chesimard and a large number of Cubans don't want to return to the Caribbean nation. He could be in Miami where he has friends or in another major city with large Caribbean communities like New York City.
According to LAPD Most Wanted website, Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Clemente Gutierrez should contact Detective Zambos at 323-789-1493 or After hours: 213-485-6902.
