Thoughts? According to a 1998 FBI Publication order I found on Wan Sheng Lin, he was born in China. With that in mind, the likely possibility is that he fled back to China where he cannot currently be extradited to the United States. There is the chance that he may travel back to the United States or another country which sounds like our best opportunity in apprehending him. Also we need to identify who his accomplice was, according to the New York State Troopers, that person was never identified.
