Authorities in Vista, California say that on October 27, 2007, Marcelino Guzman shot and killed his wife, Maria Martinez. The murder was a result of a domestic dispute. Local authorities also arrested Marcelino's brother, Isidro Cruz in connection with the murder and placed him on an immigration hold. Marcelino is believed to have fled to Mexico following Maria's murder.

Thoughts? Not that much information in this case but you get the idea that this was a domestic violence murder. Marcelino probably treated Maria like dirt for most if not all of their marriage which is generally what happens in cases like these. Thankfully, Marcelino is getting some decent local publicity by being one of San Diego County's 10 Most Wanted, now he just needs international media attention depending on where in Mexico he is currently hiding out.
