Rogelio Alvarez Guillen is wanted for the December 9 th, 1995, Hit & Run which killed our 16 year old son in the 600 Block of South Collins Street near the Mitchell Street intersection in Arlington, Texas.
Our son and his friend were riding our son's bicycle home from a movie at approx. 12:50 A.M when they were hit from behind by the van. They were on one bicycle heading north on South Collins.
The abandoned 1969 Ford van was found nearby in the 300 block of Ditto Avenue. Witnesses say they saw two men pushing it.
There were no signs of skid marks before the van struck and dragged the two boys 160 feet.

Thoughts? Rogelio Guillen was another archived fugitive case that I confirmed his warrant being active from a December 2014 news article. This time, Rogelio was featured on a website created by the family of the victim, Gary Lee Rossman in 2000. The van that Rogelio was driving and later found contained 18 open bottles of beer so he was most likely driving intoxicated when he struck and killed Gary.
Even the 2014 article mentions that it is not a guarantee that Mexico would extradite Rogelio if he is located there, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't give it a try for getting justice in this 21-year old case.
