Thoughts? Marvin Quintero was another fugitive I found on an archived law enforcement website, his warrant has been verified as active through the Florida Statewide Warrants Search. 1994/1995 was the wanted date I put in the topic title since there are two listed warrants, one from 1994 out of Broward County for sexual assault and one from 1995 out of Palm Beach County for bail violation.
Quintero is believed to be in either Venezuela or Honduras, two countries that we have had very little luck in getting fugitives caught and extradited so sadly I am not that surprised that Marvin has successfully stayed at large for 20 years. He still needs to be caught for as long as he's free, he is a threat to children around him.
