Remarks: Rodriguez was alleged to have molested five victims under the ages of fourteen in the late 1990's. He has ten active felony warrants for his arrest. Although Rodriguez possibly fled to Mexico in 2001 once becoming aware he was wanted by police, he may still be residing in Sonoma County.
REWARD: The Santa Rosa Police Department is offering a reward for information leading directly to the arrest of this suspect. The reward is funded by the Sonoma County Alliance’s Take Back Our Community Fund.

Thoughts? 15 years on the run is far too long for any fugitive child molester, since because these types of criminals don't quit, he's probably managed to victimize more children by now. Regardless of whether he's still in California or fled to Mexico, he needs to be arrested to protect the children of the community he's now hiding out in.
