Thoughts? Appreciate the publicity on Bernabe given by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Department since no other online media source has mentioned this case. He's a child rapist on the run for nine years which is way too long for any child predator to be on the run for. Regardless of whether he's in the United States or Latin America, he needs to be caught immediately.
