Guadalupe Ceja, AKA Lupe Ceje, DOB 06/04/77
On 2/11/96 in the late evening a gang related murder occurred in the 600 block of Stambaugh. Numerous members of a criminal street gang chased down and caught a rival gang member. Those persons beat the victim until Lupe Ceja approached and shot the victim numerous times while he lay on the ground. The persons who had beaten the victim were subsequently identified, arrested and convicted for their part in the murder. The shooter, Ceja, was identified but never arrested.
Based on archived law enforcement websites, our advice for anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Guadalupe Ceja is to contact the Redwood City Police Department at 650-780-7118.

Guadalupe Ceja was another fugitive I found on an archived law enforcement website, which I have verified to be wanted up until 2009 at the latest so he's most likely still wanted as of this posting date (6/19/2016). Fugitives wanted for the murders of criminals such as rival gang members are still dangerous since they've proven that they are willing to commit murder and are a threat to those around them. Guadalupe is accused of committing this gang-related murder at 18-years of age so who knows how much more violence he could be responsible for in the 20 years that he's been on the run.
