On Dec 27, 2014, authorities in Rankin County, Mississippi were contacted about the lewd conduct committed against a 12-year old girl. 39-year old Marcus Garrett was accused of masturbating in front of the preteen girl and inappropriately touching her on several occasions. On May 7, 2015, Marcus confessed to committing the crimes to detectives. He then failed to appear for his trial and a jury convicted him in absentia.

Thoughts? Marcus is my 50/50 fugitive out of Mississippi. Since he confessed to his crimes and was convicted in absentia, there is no denial of his guilt, he is a convicted child predator on the run. He needs to be caught and put behind bars for a very long time (hopefully).
