Keith Tindale joined the US Air Force in 1980 and worked in the metal fabrications division. While he was stationed at the Barsdale Base in Bossier Parish, Louisiana, Tindale disappeared on Jun 1, 1983 after going camping with two friends.. The US Army charged him with desertion and believed he left because of a pending court-martial. In 1982, Keith traveled to Florida on a motorcycle and threatened him with that court-martial for stealing it. The day before he disappeared, Keith withdrew $900 from his bank account, sold his personal belongings and bought another motorcycle from another serviceman. Keith has never been seen again.
Keith's mother and local law enforcement believe that he was murdered during a robbery and was buried somewhere in the vicinity of the base.

Thoughts? Keith is my Louisiana case as part of my 50 States/50 Cases campaign. This is a peculiar manhunt because Keith is technically a fugitive and a missing person. Even if he never fled from the base and was murdered, he would still have that warrant issued until we find his body because of the court-martial. We need to find out the truth, since if he was murdered, then someone is getting away with Keith's murder.
According to the Charley Project, anyone having information on Keith Tisdale should contact the Barksdale Air Force Base (Louisiana) at 318-456-1110
