Authorities in Minot, North Dakota say that California gang member Johnny Norwood traveled to their city and shot and killed Roger Falana on Nov 29, 2015. Roger had ties to a gang in Florida which planned on retaliating against Johnny's gang. Roger's murder possibly had connections to a 2013 shooting where four Bakersfield, California gang members wounded a man in Minot.

Thoughts? Johnny Norwood is my North Dakota case as part of my 50 States/50 Cases thread campaign. It's unusual to see gang violence like this North Dakota, but it can happen in any major urban area. The biggest priority is to capture Johnny Norwood before more people get shot, and even killed.
