So this poll is about which fugitive of the Top ten most wanted list would you decide to launch an all out publicity campaign such as billboards and everything like that to bring that one fugitive in once and for all.

A lot of these fugitives have already had all-out blitzes and some such as Yaser Said have had billboards in cities. Anyway, I guess Policarpio and/or Macedo make the most sense since they're the most recent fugitives.

I picked Jason Derek Brown since he hasn't had a nationwide Billboard campaign in order to catch him and the TV specials on him and the $200,000 reward are a good start to bring him in.
Now Yaser Said and Brad Bishop have had billboards in NYC, Policarpio and Macedo make the most sense due to the fact that they are recent as you stated and Robert Fisher already has a billboard campaign going on which seems to be only limited to the Valley Area in Arizona, which led me to pick Brown.

One long time fugitive that would benefit from an all out publicity campaign would be Fidel Urbina.
Next week it'll be 4 years since he was added to the list and since he isn't a fugitive that is talked about a lot in the media, he would benefit from having episodes done on him in the likes of The Hunt or Dateline.
Now we talked awhile ago of increasing his reward and I feel making it sit at $150,000-$175,000 would flush him out rather quickly.
Now billboards would work perfectly down in the southwestern US, Texas, the Chicago area since there is a heavy Mexican population in those areas and just to be clear his fellow Chicago list-mate Luis Macedo may also be hiding in those places too.
A billboard campaign for Urbina will help down in Mexico as well which is obvious he's there.

The FBI never even publicized the 2007 and 2011 photos they somehow got a hold of Urbina.

Thanks Head Marshal, Urbina is somewhat of an under publicized fugitive when you compare him to Brown, Fisher, Gerena, and Bishop.
His crime is pretty serious and the FBI seems to have been working a lot on this case since they have gotten the new images, but I feel now he would benefit from a FBI publicity campaign based on real talk that he really needs it because of how long he's been on the list, which could start the knockout process of several long timers.

I picked Flores. I understand that there isn't much we can do since he is in Honduras. But something better has to be done about him!

I agree with you that Flores does need some added attention since the guy has been on the run 16 years (9 years on list), I definitely want the FBI to put his face out there and for them to work hand in hand with Honduran authorities to try and get him. Also increasing some rewards for several other fugitives (Fisher, Bishop, Urbina, Said, Ravelo, & Flores whose bounties currently stand at $100,000 and have been on the list a longtime) Now onto what Scumhunter said I agree that Macedo needs some more attention since he's the most recent and more tactics are needed to hunt down fugitives effectively.

I voted for Alexis Flores, Because He been on the run too long and he had to pay what he did to that poor girl as he killed her, I think it's time to nailed that pig and put him behind bars forever.

Those are some very strong words danwind, I do agree Flores really does need to pay for what he did to poor little Iriana Dejesus, because she was still a baby and for her to be taken like that with the suspect out there makes any of us angry. In the sleuthing world, Alexis Flores is the most notorious of them all and Scumhunter recently posted an article saying they brought back a fugitive from Honduras, so I feel Flores could see his days numbered like Fidel Urbina. However the situation inside that country with all the violence leads me to believe he's involved in criminal activities, was killed by a criminal organization, or has managed to lay low by moving to a rural area in Honduras just like Urbina did.
