Marquez Travell Billingsley is wanted by the Knoxville Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for Aggravated Assault, Carjacking, Aggravated Robbery and Possession of Stolen Weapon. Billingsley is also a person of interest in the shooting death of 12 year-old JaJuan Latham that occurred on April 16, 2016. Billingsley is to be considered armed and dangerous.Marquez Travell Billingsley has been added to the TBI's Top Ten Most Wanted list and a $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
