Luis Tejada was indicted on October 29, 2010, by the United States District Court, District of Maryland, Greenbelt, Maryland, for distribution of child pornography and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest. It is alleged that Tejada distributed child pornography images and video via the Internet. www.fbi.gov/wanted/cac/luis-tejada/viewThoughts? Tejada was the original fugitives featured as a national PSA fugitive on the Justice Network. I realized a year and a half later I forgot to add him to the site. Better late than never I guess lol. In any case, not a lot of info on this guy, but it is concerning as to where he got the child porn from and if he's still distributing today while on the run. As of July 13th, 2018, Tejada is still listed on the FBI's website as a wanted fugitive. (Same link as in the OP).

I checked PACER and although they list the federal child pornogrpahy charges and not the UFAP warrant, the warrant is mentioned in some of the documents over the years, and there's nothing about it being dismissed.
