The Pima County Sheriff’s Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man suspected of killing two people in July 2002.
Jesus Estrella-Cueva, 29, has been connected to the deaths of Jaudiel Orduno-Vega, 24, and Cesar Ivan Valenzuela-Cota, 22, who were reportedly shot to death, according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.
The two men were working at a restaurant to save money for their families in Mexico when they agreed to work at a ranch to earn extra money.
Authorities found Orduno-Vegas’ body three days later in an area near East Valencia Road and South Sandario roads.
They found Valenzuela-Cota’s body more than a month later in the desert near West Park Road.
Estrella-Cueva is about 5-feet-6 inches tall and 170 pounds.
He has brown eyes and black hair.
Authorities believe he’s in Mexico.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.

Thoughts? That piece was from a 2011 article when the arrest warrant for Jesus Estrella-Cueva was issued. The motive for the murders of Jaudiel and Cesar have not been publicized if detectives are aware of the motive that is. Jaudiel and Cesar did sound like wonderful young gentlemen who were wanting to assist their families back in Mexico financially. Therefore we need to reignite this cold-case fugitive manhunt and help to take Jesus Estrella-Cueva down!
