Jose Ruben Salinas-Rangal is wanted for the alleged rape of a 12-year-old girl in Gallatin, Tennessee, in 2014.
On September 21, 2014, a warrant was issued by the State of Tennessee, County of Sumner, charging Salinas-Rangal with two counts of rape of a child. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, on April 15, 2015, after Salinas-Rangal was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
