NAME: Balderas, Arturo
AKA: Gonzalez, Arturo

DOB: 12-15-67

DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 5'10", 154, black hair, brown eyes

LKA: Cities of Orange, Santa Ana, Compton

DETAILS: On 05-19-92 Balderas shot and killed a male hispanic adult during a robbery inside a bar. Balderas reportedly fled jurisdiction and may be in Sinaloa, Mexico.

Thoughts? Arturo Balderas was another cold case fugitive I found on an archived law enforcement website. I verified his still active warrant through the Orange County warrants search. I'm going to assume that he's still hiding out in Sinaloa, Mexico.

Knowing more about the victim could have helped the public to have enough sympathy to elicit tips though.

As of today, July 22, 2023, Balderas is still a fugitive according to Orange County's warrants search.

Additionally, a Newspaperarchive.com article mentioned the name of the victim being 20-year old Guadalupe Chavez. I wanted to mention this out of respect to Guadalupe's family who have had to wait over 30 years for justice.

The article also mentioned that Balderas worked in light manufacturing and construction.
