I no longer see Colindres on the Northern California Most Wanted site, but it feels pretty safe to assume he is unfortunately still at large as of today (July 25th, 2021), since he is now an In Pursuit fugitive and they would announce his capture.
Because of my frustration this guy is apparently still at large, I'm making him fugitive of the week for this week (July 25th-31st) on our forum. Let's help In Pursuit get another direct capture!
