Jorge Arturo Becerra is described as a Male Hispanic age 43 (approximately), 5’07”, 160 lbs., black hair, green or blue eyes. Becerra has several alias names: Jose Arturo Becerra, Arturo Anthony Sandoval, Jorge Arturo Pecerra, and has a street name of “Little George.”

On Mar 31, 2002, Arkansas City, Kansas residents Candido Portillo and Hugo Torres went to the Latinos Club bar. An argument then started in the bar that spilled out into the parking lot. Authorities say Jorge Becerra and Mario Garcia-Magana shot and killed Candido and Hugo. The two then fled and authorities have no idea as to their whereabouts. Jorge, Mario, Hugo and Candido all knew each other but it was never publicly stated as to what caused the argument that resulted in the double homicide.
Thoughts? I'm a bit surprised that this case never even made AMW.com. It's assumed that Jorge and Mario fled to Mexico and they are probably still there. Also no argument justified the murders of Hugo and Candido and that's why even 14-years later, they and their families deserve final justice by seeing Jorge and Mario be convicted of their murders.
