Since Arnulfo is charged with killing a family friend, his family may not necessarily be helping him evade capture unlike what we see in many other fugitive cases.

Sometimes blood is thicker than water and family will help no matter what, the guy he allegedly murdered a friend but not blood, but I agree with the general sentiment and there's no proof they've helped him in any way.

Beltran-Barboza is obviously still at large as of this update (7/16/2018) since he is still on the FBI's website. Just wanted to provide an additional link to track his fugitive status just in case. As of July 16th, 2018, Beltran-Barboza still comes up as having a warrant for murder in Oregon's Odyssey criminal records search. webportal.courts.oregon.gov/portal/Home/WorkspaceMode?p=0

Arnulfo Beltran-Barboza's case was highlighted in The Columbus Dispatch's reports of over a million arrest warrants still outstanding across the US, including hundreds of thousands of violent crime warrants. The Columbus Dispatch actually came up with a solution. "Why not hold a meeting once or twice per year to review the same warrant data the newspaper compiled, pick the worst 50 to 100 cases and do everything in your power to find the bad guys?" Everyone interviewed seemed to be in favour of this idea and I would be ecstatic if this was implemented, starting in 2019. www.heraldtribune.com/news/20181210/suspects-run-free-while-authorities-drown-in-open-arrest-warrants

As of today, December 25, 2020, Arnulfo Beltran-Barboza is still listed as a wanted fugitive on the FBI's Featured Fugitives website.
Main reason why I'm posting here is that according to Newslibrary, the name of the victim in this case is 33-year old Eduardo Carrillo Diaz.

I’d consider Beltran Barbosa a wild card for the Top Ten List at some point as the FBI Portland has yet to make the list.
Also given the recent capture of Andres Zambrano in Colima, perhaps the FBI may want to fish for someone else in the same state.
