CAUTION
Javier R. Herrera is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a man in Florida. In January of 1998, Herrera went to the victim's trailer in West Palm Beach. There, Herrera allegedly confronted the victim regarding a previous drug dispute. This time, when an argument ensued, Herrera allegedly shot and killed the victim with a .357 magnum handgun. Herrera is believed to have fled from the United States and may have gone to Mexico.

Thoughts? Javier Herrera was another fugitive I found on an archived law enforcement website that I confirmed through the Florida Statewide Warrants search page is still wanted. If Javier hasn't quit his drug addiction in the past 18 years, then he's still a significant threat to society since we know he's killed at least once over his drug addiction (presumably, unless the murder was instead some other drug-related dispute).
