On January 8, 2011, a shooting occurred at the Mexicali Night Club in San Jose, California resulting in the death of three persons and critically injuring one victim. At approximately 10:30 pm, three men entered the Mexicali Night Club and attempted to kidnap the bar owner Humberto Sanchez. During the attempted kidnapping, the bar owner’s employee attempted to rescue the bar owner and exchanged gunfire with three armed gunmen. The exchange of gunfire resulted in the death of the bar employee and two of the gunmen. The bar owner was forced outside of the bar by the surviving gunmen where Sanchez attempted to flee. Gunmen opened fire on Sanchez at close range and shot Sanchez multiple times. Sanchez survived the encounter.
During the course of the investigation, both DEA and San Jose Police Department learned that Apolinar Dagio HUERTA, aka Poly, arranged the botched kidnapping. The kidnapping was orchestrated because of an outstanding drug debt owed by Sanchez to HUERTA and members of a Mexican National Drug Cartel. To date, HUERTA is still actively planning and executing kidnappings and attempted murders of additional persons who had outstanding drug debts.

Thoughts? Also, please note the above is what the Northern California Most Wanted website says happened and all defendants, fugitives or not, should be considered innocent until proven guilty. Obviously, if what is alleged against Huerta is true this is a frightening case if what and who knows what Huerta may have done in the now five years since that incident. I should note that for some reason Huerta's height isn't listed, as apparently it's unknown. (Weird to me since you'd think someone who knew him would give a description of it)
