Distinguishing Characteristics: African-American female. Black hair, brown eyes. Sheila has burn scars on the backs of her legs.
Clothing/Jewelry Description: White underpants, a white t-shirt, white socks and no shoes or gold pajama bottoms and possibly a dark blue winter coat.

Thoughts? Just like the Charley Project said, there's unfortunately not much additional detail. According to Missing Children Wikia, the burn marks are from walking into a hot stove. (Supposedly). According to the Chicago tribune, Sheila simply "wandered off." (Once again, supposedly). I should note I'm not accusing anyone of not telling the truth in that case, there's nothing about the parents to judge, but the problem is when there's so little information to go on, we can't know for certain what's true or not true.
