From WXYZ:
DETROIT (WXYZ) - Fresh off another capture, the U.S. Marshals and Detroit Police Department need your help to find another one of Detroit’s Most Wanted.
It was less than 24 hours after we showed you fugitive Kendelle Johnson, a tip was called in and he was back behind bars.
Now we’re looking for a suspected killer, Jarmaine Robinson, who the U.S. Marshals say still hangs out right in the area of the crime.
“He shot a man in the face and then tried to murder three others,” Deputy U.S. Marshal Rob Watson said.
It happened in the 15000 block of Iliad St. on Detroit’s West Side.
“He’s the one who called out to them, we don’t know if it was a robbery gone bad,” Watson said.
Daniel Fason was shot dead in the face and Watson says 35-year-old Robinson pulled the trigger.
“He has a long criminal history, he’s already killed one, at least that we know of, but anyone who shoots into a crowd of people needs to go,” he said.
Watson says Fason wasn’t the only target and it would have been a mass shooting if not for a malfunctioning gun.
“If his weapon hadn’t malfunctioned, you’d probably be looking at 4 homicides,” Watson said.
The shooting happened in May 2014 and Robinson has been on the run ever since. Police say still frequenting the area of the murder.
“This isn’t a one time deal, this is who you are, this is what you do,” Watson said. “Which should be all the more motivation to get this guy off the street.”
Leaving plenty of people who know who he is, what he’s done and most importantly where he is.
“If you don’t get this guy off the street, your family member could be next,” Watson said.
Jarmaine Robinson is 5’5” 140 pounds and wanted for murder in Wayne County. Anyone with information can call the U.S. Marshals 24/7 at (313) 234-5656. You can remain 100% anonymous.

Thoughts? This is the very definition of a career criminal. Robinson's rap sheet is longer than the receipts I get at K-Mart. Based on the DOC website and Michigan court case search I did when researching this case, they include grand larceny, breaking and entering, weapons violations, destruction of property, etc. Not to mention, the shooting Robinson's accused of happened literally ONE MONTH after he last got out of jail. I mean we see cases of guys committing crimes shortly after prison all the time, but based on his rap sheet, I'm amazed he didn't mug anyone on his way home from prison.
If you know where he is, you have to call the Marshals. This is a guy who could have killed four people based on the alleged account. Shot into a crowd of people. And guys who do that, it's always innocent bystanders and children who wind up getting hurt. A guy like that doesn't belong on the streets of Detroit or anywhere else.
