For over a decade Cuellar María Ivonne Gomez, 48, is a fugitive from the authorities.
According to the Police Mission, she was the intellectual author of a homicide that occurred on July 19, 2005. Allegedly the woman would have hired a group of armed people to carry the victim outside his residence. The criminals fled the scene in a car torched a few blocks.
"Police responded to the home. There were several shots fired. The individual, the victim, died there "in the yard, said Roberto Dominguez, head of the Police Mission.
