Central MS Crime Stoppers is asking for help with an unsolved Hit & Run Fatality. On Friday, August 28, 2015, Mattie Amos was crossing Woodrow Wilson Avenue at Peachtree Drive on foot to go to work at UMC around 0531 hours. She was struck by a vehicle and killed at that location. The suspect vehicle is a red or maroon Ford F250 that had damage to the passenger side mirror and front grill (damage could be fixed by now). The vehicle is year models between 2007 through 2012.
