Sheriffs Office for Felony Rape, Indecent Assault, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Endangering the Welfare of Children, Corruption of Minors and Harassment, Failure to Appear. On 17 September 1994, CORTEZ-MARTINES was charged and convicted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the above offenses and was released on $50,000 bail. CORTEZ-MARTINES failed to appear for sentencing on June 1, 1995 and a bench warrant was issued.

Thoughts? Aside from the US Marshals poster there's no online coverage on this cold case fugitive. Rember most likely fled back to El Salvador long ago so he will not be easy to be find. However with the coverage here that gets more people being aware of his case.
