"Chaar owns Chaar Gallery, a furniture store in Latakia, Syria. Chaar was last seen leaving his place of business on August 22, 2013. On that day, Chaar was reportedly visited by an unknown male whom he subsequently followed in his own vehicle. Chaar has not been seen or heard from since that day."
Thoughts? For anyone wondering, this is on the FBI's website because Chaar is a naturalized U.S. citizen. Obviously a lot of turmoil has been happening in Syria lately, but hopefully somehow his case can be solved.
