DETAILS
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, with the assistance of the FBI, is seeking information in the shooting death of one-year-old Autumn Johnson in Compton, California, on February 9, 2016.
At approximately 6:58 p.m., Johnson was in her crib when she was struck in the head by a bullet. She was taken to the hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead.
Two Black males in a blue, newer-model four-door Chevy Impala (similar to the picture above) were seen fleeing the scene heading south on Holly Avenue.
REWARD
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Autumn Johnson.
Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to contact the Homicide Bureau of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department at (323) 890-5500.
Those wishing to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-5500 or text "TIPLA" plus the tip to 274637.

Thoughts? This is obviously a tragic and horrible case. It doesn't appear Autumn was the intended target but all too often in these cases it always winds up as an innocent child who gets hurt instead. Compton's Mayor and Los Angeles County's Supervisor have also offered $25,000 rewards so the total reward for information leading to Autumn's killer is now $75,000.
