I'm planning on doing a small essay on one of the top ten fugitives and I would like to know which fugitive the members of the forum would rather write about in order to get people we know aware of that fugitive and why you picked the fugitive. I know this must be an irrelevant thread my apologies

Depends on who your audience is. If it's for the general public on a website perhaps a lesser known but still bad case. (Urbina, Glen Godwin not as known now as in the past). For like an academic class, where usually themes are better for essays, Yaser Said obviously there's a lot to write about, the American vs. Egyptian culture clash, the controversy over whether what he did was an honor killing, etc. Brad Bishop would also be good, especially since you say you live near the area of the murders.

Yes Brad Bishop would make sense because to me he is the local case which my audience would love to know more about. Fidel Urbina and Glen Godwin since they don't have much written on them, it wouldn't hurt to write about them, maybe it will make my audience aware of them and you do bring up a good point on the fact that Egyptian and American cultures clashing... The Said case is a perfect example of that. The fugitives you mentioned above Scumhunter they do stand chance at being caught, heck Glen Godwin if he's in the United States stands a chance too.

Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I think Bishop is the best case to write about, with Said a close second.  |

Well I guess we've come to a conclusion Bishop makes sense Said in second. Plus I have a ton of theories in my mind of what happened to Bishop, the crime he's accused of committing and amount of time he's been on the run will shock my audience

Well I wanted to update this thread. I have in fact written about Bishop and as well talking about the recently added Brenda Delgado and her uniqueness to the list. My teacher has read it and became very interested she checked the site herself.
