From The Charley Project:
Brooklinn disappeared from South Sioux City, Nebraska on October 24, 2007. Authorities believe she was abducted by her non-custodial father. Photographs of Brooklinn's father are unavailable. He is described as a Hispanic male, balding with black hair and black eyes, approximately six feet tall with a heavyset build. He was 51 years old at the time of Brooklinn's disappearance. He may go by the names Guadalupe Gomez Sanchez and/or Alfonso Deanda Romo. He is wanted for contempt of court, but he isn't facing any other charges.
Brooklinn and her father may be traveling in an older model gray Mercury with a sun-faded spots on the roof. They may be in Mexico. The child's whereabouts are unknown and her case remains unsolved.
Thoughts? This case is unique in that the technical classification should be parental abduction- yet her father is only facing contempt of court charges. In any case, it is important for Brooklinn to be located and to make sure she's face. The other unique aspect is that usually cases like this- with a known abductor- are easier to solve. The problem is here even though we have a technical known abductor- there are no photos of him anywhere. So we really need to depend on someone recognizing Brooklinn instead.
