Richard Max Randolph is wanted by the US Marshals office for failure to register as a sex offender. He is a tier 3 sex offender convicted of oral sexual battery on a child. (For those unaware, tier 3 is the highest possible level for a sex offender- considered the greatest risk to the public and greatest risk to re-offend).
According to his US Marshals wanted poster, Randolph has a long criminal history covering multiple states and may be a gang member.
I found his sex offender profile with the Jefferson Parrish Sheriff's Office. According to it, Randolph was released from full-term incarceration in 2005. His residence was last verified with them in 2006. On July 17th, 2008 it was reported that Randolph relocated to Mexico City, Mexico. In January of 2009, Randolph was found to be in non-compliance for failure to notify his change of address. He is apparently still non-compliant and no correspondence since 2009 according to the site.
Thoughts? While I don't want to speculate, when I read that a guy is an older white gang member from the South, I immediately think of white supremacy. That's not to say that's the type of gang he's in, but it's not specified and I just wonder if that's what they mean. Randolph has a tattoo on one of his cheeks, it doesn't really come in clearly but you can clearly see it if you click on the link to the wanted poster. Randolph has ties to Mexico and was last living in Mexico city. Wherever he is, please keep in mind he's considered armed and dangerous. Don't take any actions yourself, but do call the Marshals.
