"On August 22, 1992, thirty seven year old Nasario Palacios was driving at a high speed on a highway road in Ventura County, California, when his car hit a guard rail, flipped over, and landed on another car. That car was driven by twenty one year old Anthony Moia, who died by the time he arrived at the hospital. Palacios was arrested, but was released and has not been seen since."
Thoughts? The above is from Unsolved Wikia. This case was aired on the October 14th, 1994 episode of Unsolved Mysteries. Palacios was charged with both vehicular and DUI manslaughter so obviously it is believed he was drunk at the time. My advice would be to try either the Unsolved Mysteries website and/or your local or international police or crime stoppers line if you have any info on his whereabouts.

UPDATE: As of July 23rd, 2018, Unsolved Wiki lists Palacios as "Results: Wanted" although they stress that the last known article confirming this is from 1998. Our advice would be to double check with authorities if you can but do call/send in a tip if you know his whereabouts.
