Thoughts? I admit not a too detailed crime description but seems pretty self-explanatory- a fight breaks out at a birthday party- Huggins allegedly shoots at a person or persons- and Newton- a 14-year old boy is killed in the gunfire.
A completely senseless murder but hopefully Huggins is caught soon.
