Adolfo Frias Soto was aired on the August 3rd, 2002 episode of America's Most Wanted. Below is the archived description of the case:
"The Panola County Sheriff's Office says that on November 20, 1993, in Clayton, Texas, Adolfo Frias Soto shot Pedro Cano in the chest and right wrist with a .380 caliber automatic pistol. This happened at Cano's home. Soto reportedly drove to his home in Henderson where he told family members what he did. He reportedly took the clothes hanging on the line and the family dog. Police say he fled to Jacksonville, Texas for awhile where his brother, Delfino Soto, lives. He is also believed to have been in Mexico for awhile, but is now living again in the U.S."
Thoughts? Keep in mind that case description is from 2002 and a lot could have changed since then. Unfortunately, the archive no longer works for probable age, height, etc. The archived description says Soto killed Cano because he was angry he was flirting with his girlfriend, and there other good clues listed for additional quirks.
I do know Soto is still at large at least since I looked up the criminal court records and there was a status conference to discuss the case earlier in the year.
